GIRLS ONLY SESSION

Our Coaches aim to provide sessions that are enjoyable and with a focus on teaching the fundamental skills needed to play basketball.

We will work on ball handling, shooting, passing, rebounding (jumping), running and defence. All skills which are required to play this great team sport. These sessions are fun and a great way of staying active.

JBL sessions are first great for taking your first steps in your basketball journey or if you are wishing to improve your existing skills.

Please come to the sessions wearing comfortable clothing, trainers, bring plenty of water and a basketball if you have one.

Parents – please ensure you bring your child to the Sports Hall and register with the coaches.
